Individual / One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Client is responsible for any regular session fees that the Client cancels with less than 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice given will be charged at the usual rate.
Individual / One-on-One Coaching Packages
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate coaching package agreements at any time with five (5) calendar days written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all outstanding coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. The Coach agrees to refund any unused pre-paid fees minus 5% to cover administrative/processing costs.
Group Coaching 5-Week Programs
Clients may request a full refund for any reason within 24 hours after the conclusion of the first meeting. Requests must be submitted in writing via email. Due to the short nature of the program, there are no refunds available after the start of the second meeting even if you cannot participate for any reason.
Digital Download Products
All sales of products on this website are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges allowed. There will be no exceptions. Please carefully review all products before purchasing to ensure that you have purchased the correct product. We truly believe in giving more than receiving and each of our products is designed by keeping this core principle in mind. Failure to use the product you purchased from us does not give you the right to refuse payment of any associated charges.
