More than just poses, my Embodied Mindfulness sessions combine a variety of movement, breathwork, and intellectual reframing techniques designed to create a unique practice that meets your individual needs.
Whether you’ve practiced yoga/meditation before or are just starting your mindfulness journey, I provide trauma-informed personal attention and customized recommendations just for you.
My techniques support the habit of tuning in to your own needs (physical and psychological) on a regular basis. My focus is on a multi-dimensional, breath-centered approach that promotes mindfulness as a form of self-care, which can be adapted to your individual level of experience, fitness, and/or limitations.
Individual Sessions are designed for one or two people maximum. If you’re interested in private sessions for small (3-5 people) or larger (6+ people) groups, please contact me to receive personalized pricing.
Introductory session to determine needs/goals & evaluate baseline: $60
One follow-up session: $85
*Three follow-up sessions: $225
*Six follow-up sessions: $500
PLEASE NOTE: I am offering full and partial fee forgiveness for those whose finances have been affected by coronavirus. If you’re interested in sessions but need to negotiate a reduced rate, please contact me. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
*Session packages must be used within six months of purchase date or first session of package, whichever is earlier.
In-studio sessions are held at Full Circle Yoga (17451 Bastanchury Rd, Suite 101B, Yorba Linda, CA). I’ll provide all the necessary accessories, including a yoga mat and props.
I may be available to provide sessions privately in your home, depending on location. An additional fee may be charged for locations more than 5 traveling miles outside the Anaheim Hills area.
