Private yoga and meditation sessions help focus your mindfulness practice by providing individualized attention and personalized recommendations just for you.
Throughout our work together, my goals will be your goals. Let me:
- introduce you to the basic principles of yoga
- teach you specific breathwork techniques
- guide you through yoga postures safely
- help monitor your progress, both mentally and physically
Private sessions can be a great way to introduce someone who is new to yoga/meditation, but is also a wonderful way to enhance and deepen an existing practice. It also supports the habit of tuning in to your own needs (physical and psychological) on a regular basis. My focus is on a breath-centered approach that promotes mindfulness as a form of self-care, which can be adapted to your individual level of experience, fitness, and/or limitations.
Sessions can be held in one of two possible locations:

Either way, I’ll provide all the necessary accessories, including a yoga mat and props.
Special Introductory Rates
Introduction to Yoga/Meditation 1-hour session: $45 single, $65 duet
One follow-up session: $60/hour single, $85/hour duet
*Three follow-up sessions: $165 single, $240 duet
*Six follow-up sessions: $325 single, $475 duet
