  • teach you specific breathwork techniques
  • guide you through yoga postures safely
  • help monitor your progress, both mentally and physically

Private yoga sessions can be a great way to introduce someone who is new to yoga, but is also a wonderful way to enhance and deepen an existing practice. It also supports the habit of tuning in to your own needs (physical and psychological) on a regular basis. My focus is on a breath-centered approach that promotes mindfulness as a form of self-care, which can be adapted to your individual level of experience, fitness, and/or limitations.
